The start of flight set RTH and took off to get lake video. Low battery warning comes on. I immediately switch to sports mode and fly most direct route to the home point. Mavic passes RTH point 200 yards to the left flank of RTH. Starts to descend and hit road sign & bust apart.
My backup Mavic, Mavic 2, arrived today and 1st test flight complete. Have not heard anything from DJI on the repair / replace of Mavic1 but I suspect it has not made to them yet. I mailed it on Friday the 28th. Good news, I have something to fly when I go to NC next week for my daughter's graduation from App. state
