I had to send mine in for repair under care refresh and they told me just to send the mavic body no controller no battery but do include the gimbal cover and lock.

I spoke with DJI again today and they finally informed me that it was a software glitch in the goggles is why it would not advance past the DJI logo startup screen it was fixed for free under warranty

Well I finally got my goggles back today either though DJI says they haven't even sent them yet, but the problems fixed and they repaired my old goggles not replaced them. I don't know what they did but they seem to work okay now. They wouldn't tell me what they did either. Getting information...

Msinger thanks for your thoughts. I couldn't find any recommendations from DGI either so I'll go with yours.

I had the exact same problem with my goggles. I ended up sending them back to DJI to get them repaired or replaced. I spoke with them today and they said they'll ship soon and it is a replacement. I've heard of others having the same problem and it seems like they replace them instead of...

What is the best way to store the remote controller for a few months so I don't harm the battery .like fully charged, half charged, 30% charged, does it make a difference.Anybody got any thoughts?

I bit the bullet and sent them in yesterday, we'll see what they say. I saw on another post for somebody else had the identical problem and they exchanged them for a new pair. I hope they'll do the same thing for mine. I'll post back when I find out.
