Thanks for updating! Sorry to put a downer on your birthday but I have my doubts about it arriving then also haha! Especially with Chinese New Year! I'm also waiting to be contacted by the trace team so will be interesting to see if they give me the same date or something completely different...

Nope I didn't get a chance to, they asked me what product I'd purchased and when I mentioned the Mavic they told me to go back to Very and then hung up bacically.

No clue anymore, all I want from Very and Dataselect is to hear what DJI are telling them, surely that can't be that difficult!

Just called Dataselect, this time the guy on the phone was hesitant to say they supplied Very but eventually did. His words were basically it's not our responsibility to deal with consumers, and that I had to go back to Very's customer service who deal with them personally. Basically back to a...

I will probably attempt getting in touch with Dataselect again this week, I've sent them two emails but they never reply to them.

Just spoke on the phone to Dataselect, was told they they aren't the supplier for Very.co.uk and they can't help me....strange, what number did you call to get in contact with them?

I take it I'm not the only one to just receive this text message "Hi MARK. We're sorry there's been a delay to your order for KVDHP. We don't have a delivery date yet but are doing everything we can to get it to you. To track the latest info click www.very.co.uk"

Ridiculous haha! I guess it may be worth contacting Data Select again for any worth while information, I may give them a call later today

The online assistants are useless and not worth speaking to, not necessarily their own fault, but they don't get given the information they should to give good customer service, they just read out what you already know on your account page. Because very use an external supplier (stated above) it...
