You can rig up a MavMount to sit below the controller, but it adds more leverage against your hands.

If you are going to spend that kind of money, get a MavMount. After not being happy with a few plastics ones, I am very happy with the MavMount.

Did you ever find the screw thread details? I am looking to acquire longer replacement screws to attach a payload drop device.

Naa, not crazy about their proprietary mounting and connectors. I modified my controller with the standard SMA connectors which gives you more options. I have a Nano Sync and amps on order, then use a variety of paddle and stick antennas for shorter range.

I have seen them but haven't come across anybody using Titan or a comparison between theirs and any other. I was thinking of going with the nanosync, partially because the mount works well.

To update this thread, you can now load custom config files to the app which will force fcc mode amongst other things...

So any consensus on the best type of antenna for long range? I am considering between the Nanosync, FPVLR Yagi type and the FPVLR circular polarized... Going to start off non-boosted, but might end up there if I don't get the performance I am after.

What did you use for the connector sticking out of the controller? I want a setup where I have connectors on the controller where I can attach a couple small antennas, or connect to a cable with a remote larger antenna mounted on a vehicle.
