I’m sure it’s whichever’s less. However, the battery was in perfect condition until the firmware issue happened. That was 3 hours earlier so it’s not the battery. It’s the firmware. IMHO

Spoke with Tech Support today. Eight month old battery works perfectly while I fly for an hour. Three hours later do firmware update which fails for some reason. Out to dinner. Come home and retry the update. Suddenly get error message. Battery starts flashing 2 center lights on and off. Tried...

Any other suggestions from anyone? Is this battery toast? Hard to believe for just a firmware mismatch.

I assume you mean plug the usb cable into the powered up controller, then my iPad, turn on go4 app,then attempt to turn on the battery in question while in the aircraft. Correct? That does nothing. Battery lights unaffected.

Have reviewed all the treads on this problem. None of the suggestions have worked just yet. Any new suggestions would be appreciated. Ok as a non-professional who shoots professional quality photos I'll bag the "Professional Series" filters and go with the "Cinema Series" . Hope everyone else out there is clear on this. If you want professional don't go with professional! Thanks for your help with this.

Ok so I have not yet heard the exact difference in the Professional series and the Cinema series and why a professional would buy the Cinema series over the Professional series. Marketing gimmick or real difference??

Looks like I made a mistake. Duh! Did not realize PP made 2 different 6 pack series. On PP site they now have 6 pack professional and 6 pack cinema. Not sure what the actual difference is. Assume the cinema series are higher quality but can't tell from the site. Looking for the highest quality...
