    Battery plus in EU\UK ??

Thank you. Yes, have ordered two with standard delivery for $210, great price if I avoid VAT/Import duty and not bad if I don't. I have one already from eBay from the guy who is selling loads. Just like the comfort of the extra time. Never used Alibaba before (used Aliexpress quite a bit) how...

DJI Mini 3 Pro Fly More Kit Plus Now!

I don't understand any of the above, but seeing the battery having been taken apart, does that mean for someone who knows what they are doing (not me) can swap the innards of the extended and standard battery, so the extended battery has 249g stamped on it and battery with no stamp on it weighs...

    Battery plus in EU\UK ??

Thanks for the reply. The info below re no VAT under £135 suggests you should have been charged it, maybe just luck of the draw. Buying two batteries separately may be the answer, but with the FREE delivery to avoid more delivery charges, just have to wait longer for delivery. I am trying the...

    Battery plus in EU\UK ??

Tried the link. Top level delivery suggests it could be 7 days before dispatch and then up to 25 days for delivery. Did it say the same for you? Also suggests potentially $48 VAT. I assume you avoided that, which may not always be the case.

UK Drone users look likely to take drone test

So they have absolutely no idea who took the test..... sounds stupid enough for them to take that option. Hope it doesn't turn into a money making scheme.

UK Drone users look likely to take drone test

Never mind the almost impossible task of policing such a rule, how and where do they expect the thousands of people who already have a drone are going to go to get 'tested'? Typical Government knee jerk reaction not being thought through properly.

New Pilot, Midlands UK, few questions also

I think I have seen mention of UK insurance for drones that covers repairs, but think it still needs to go back to DJI. Somebody will be along who has gone through the process.

New Pilot, Midlands UK, few questions also

Not sure about the lead but refresh is only for accidental damage. Crash it, send it back get a replacement/repair. No saying you will get the same machine back though. Nothing to do with faults. Unless the crash damage happens 'after' the fault of course.....;)

    Drone heavy wedding video :)

Nice video, well done. For me there is a little too much moving of the camera. In any video, whatever it is recorded on, there are times when the camera needs to be still and let the movement take place in front of it. The camera moving all or most of the time does not look natural to me.

Shot entirely with Mavic Pro and Polar Pro Katana

Needs some still shots for me, especially the smaller rooms. Seems to be too much moving for no good reason. Not a bad job though.

    Uk commercial license

There was a comment on a thread a few weeks ago (no idea which one) that 'suggested' there was a cheaper way of doing this. No idea whether it is true but the inference was that there is a 'self study' way of doing it rather than paying a course provider. I may have read this all wrong so...

DJI Mavic Pro - Emirates Airlines ?

Sure there was a thread recently saying Emirates are now saying drone shave to be checked. Emirates accept drones as checked-in baggage only

    Tried that, no change. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, connected to Mavic, can change to other settings, just not Custom.
