    Mine had a defective gimbal from the factory that caused jello video. They send me a brand new one but it took three weeks.

    Sent mine in for warranty and it took three weeks. Then they didn't return the USB-C cable so now I can't even easily fly the thing.

    I sent mine in and after three weeks I received a brand new on from DJI. Tested it yesterday and the video is good, no more jelly!

    Ah ok, same here. I thought you were saying you we're just going to deal with the issue by keeping the gimbal cover on all the time.

    If you're fine dealing with that, right on. But I'm not ok with it on a brand new quad. I sent mine back and they replaced the gimbal and camera unit, as it was malfunctioning.

    I got mine from best buy here in the states. I tried to exchange it but they had no stock to send me, so I sent it back to DJI in California. They just received it so no word yet but I hope they just send me a new one that works. An exchange with the point of purchase would have been so much easier.

    Mine was this bad or worse. I'd recommend contacting who you purchased it from and get an exchange or send it to DJI.

    Have you shipped your Mavic in for repair?

    The failure rate seems pretty high. Mine is on its way back to DJI for gimbal defects. I have a feeling they were lax on QA just to get as many out as they could. But that's just my opinion.

    I talked to someone over at /r/djimavic and they said they sent theirs into DJI for jello. They sent a whole new mavic and he has not had any issues with jello on the new one. It's definitely a defect. So many people are having issues I don't understand why we haven't run for the pitchforks...

    That's the worst jelly i've seen. Definitely something wrong here. I have to send mine in to DJI for the same issue but DJI has been completely unresponsive. If you can exchange it where you purchased it that would be the best bet.

    Mine does it as high as 45F. Still waiting on DJI to approve my warranty return, they are taking their time...
