It's kinda hard to tell what the issue might be. It could be your frame rate was too high or numerous other setting issues. Of course, it could be a sensor issue too.
It seems that the Mavic needs a little polish once it's out the box. Initial flight settings are too high for good cinematic...
I personally don't use D-log...its way too flat and you can't recover much detail in post.....however....hot off the press...Art is back [emoji2]..which I think is the best setting if you intend to edit in post

I waited 10 weeks for mine.....longest 10 weeks of my life lol. Boy was it worth the wait though! Don't give up just yet ( ps DJI won't give a **** if you cancel ) it's well worth the pain, which is all forgotten as soon as you open that box.

I think your shutter speed is too high for 24 fps 4k....maybe consider nd filters or at least try 30fps.
