DJI warranty service took about 3 weeks from shipping to return. It only took DJI 24 hours once they received the controller to when they shipped out a new one.

Just received my controller back from DJI. They sent me a whole new controller which I had to bind to the aircraft. It was covered under warranty.

I got mine from EBay (Decal Concepts). I had to use the blow dryer on a few spots and I like the way it came out. In the very least the skin should protect the Mavic from a few scratches or damage. Sent from my iPhone using MavicPilots

Hey just down loaded Litchi and I keep getting this error: "video decoder encryption error" The DJI GO app shows no faults. I do have the latest firmware on the Mavic and the RC. I also tried on 2 different devices: iPhone 6plus and iPhone 6s. Power cycling the RC and the Mavic still no good...
