I'll try calibrating the controller and IMU. Will probably do the compass again since I drove back home yesterday, 700 miles from where I was. It could be because of the wind. But it seems to happen every flight.
Does your mavic fly perfectly straight? I've been noticing mine does not and its irritating. Especially when filming something looking below the drift is very noticeable and can ruin a shot. If this isn't normal does anyone have any suggestion to fix it? I've done a compass calibration.
Just an update, I ordered 2 batteries from @Advexure on Friday 12/2 and I received them today. Very impressed, and that's with free shipping. No idea what their stock levels are like now but if you need batteries I'd give them a try.
So I went ahead and ordered at Advexure because they had free shipping and New Egg wouldn't let me put an order in while they are out of stock. I actually got a shipping notification today from them and it looks like two batteries are on the way. Seems a bit to good to be true but we'll see.
Has there been a more reliable place to get batteries so far? I know advexure shipped some out a while ago and maybe new egg. I put a order in at advexure, i know its unlikely to find any soon but hoping to get a couple within a few weeks. Thanks
The fact that people that ordered from new egg a couple weeks ago haven't received shipping notice makes me think this isn't going to work out. I hope it does but seems to good to be true.
I picked up a karma while waiting for my mavic. I actually really liked it and didn't have any issues. Was pretty close to just keeping it and cancelling the mavic order. Glad I didn't. All hail the Mavic!
The controller in this video says ATTI mode ready to go. Does this mean the Mavic does have it? I haven't watched all of the videos yet so sorry if he covers this.
