Mine did. It says Shipment Exception and in the travel history it says: Picked up SHENZHEN CN Package received after FedEx cutoff. I googled it and this means the package missed the plane and will be delayed one more day. Ugh!

My guess is Amazon will ship when most 3rd party dealers are ready to ship. Based on current estimations of other dealers, it won't be as late as Jan 15, 2017.

It's from the date when they released the statement (11/3). They are now processing orders from 9/30. So my guess is your 10/2 order will be shipped soon, probably in a few weeks.
