If you are fed up, then stop reading, the issue is not with them holding funds for preorders. Issue is, they charged full amount knowing the promise date is not realistic and they will not deliver as promised
So, it took DJI Zero seconds to charge me full amount, but it took a day to get a response regarding cancelation, and then this 7 BUSINESS days to get my money back. Not happy

I hope DJI is having production issues because if the lied to underwhelm Karma, than it's a dirty move.
They also charged me full amount at the time of the order, if a company does this knowingly, then we have to part ways.
