I bought a PGY tech mount and it did not do a good job hold the weight of my iPad mini. So I bought a Joby mount on amazon which is very sold and attached it to the PGY base which is a nice aluminum pice and vola!

Same issue persists. I have deleted and reinstalled the iOS app, entered the rth value, clicked off the rth page yet the value goes back to default. Agggh!
I really did not have a reason for the "bump" other than balance, but I am sure that it would work just fine without. One think that I am going to change is the cold shoe mount to a QR plate. This will add some weight but I found the cold shoe mount is difficult to release. I would also consider...
Screen shot below. After changing RTH height from default 30 meeers to 50 meters I do not see a enter or save button. If I press the X in top right corner my changes are not kept. What am I missing?

I just pieced together my Ipad mini mount. I am happy with the ballance and feel of the mount. Thanks to Healeyho for the inspiration.
