I cancelled though the online chat tool. Took like 30 mins before they responded in chat but the person was able to cancel immediately and got a confirmation email immediately.
They are supposed to have non-working replicas as the floor model. The store accidentally opened a working one and put it on display. I think when I went to the store they realized this mistake and thats why they offered to sell me that one. Once I bought it they put the non-working one on display.
Yeah I kinda feel bad but not really. I did had a pre-order with DJI Direct placed on 10/6 and one with Best Buy placed the same day. Will be cancelling both so people behind me in line get theirs a little faster.
