I'm saying that DJI quads rely on DJI maps on where they are allowed to fly. Does that not make sense to you?

I get using AirMap, but the DJI map is accurate for DJI drones. There are discrepancies between the two mapping systems, and DJI is the one that rules for their drones.

I get regular DJIGo4 app crashes on my Android phone. It doesn't matter if I am internet connected, or not. I have tried downloading the maps, and then putting the phone in "Airplane Mode" (no puns, please). Doesn't matter. I am sticking with the Litchi app for my flying. No app crashes...

I am reluctant to update DJIGo4 to the latest version. I think I currently have 4.1.3. Can I update to the latest Litchi version without updating the DJI version and not have any conflicts?

Has anyone flown into the US with their Mavic in their bag? I'm wondering how the new enhanced screening goes with a Mavic (or any drone for that matter).

Funny thing is that you will no longer be allowed to fly at night. Quirky thing in the rules. Licensed pilots can only fly 1/2 hour before dawn and after dusk by filing a NOTAM. No such rule exists for the hobbyist.
