So I thought I’d give the DJI FPV a go… man, it’s a challenge learning to fly its “manual” mode. Video and photography isn’t ideal on it like my mini 2 but wow, is it fun to fly! Check out my first flight with some flips and stuff here! I’m on the PFV pilots site too now!
Hi, I recently flew my Mini 2 and got real close to a bird strike (video:0:28) and wondered, assuming the Mini survived the fall and didn't land in water, what is the likelihood of a bird being able to totally destroy the drone, damage being beyond the props being wrecked? Also, if this did...
Went "Wild Camping" up North and the surroundings were nice. But like on many occasions, putting the Mini 2 a couple hundred feet up shows the surrounds beyond "nice".

So I was browsing the Phantom pilots forum and came across "RAF Greenham Common" which is now abandoned and good to fly and happened to be near where I was staying for work. Turns out really good to fly. It also has an interesting history of being a joint airforce base (US/UK) and used to house...
Thanks! I think that it is maybe the levels compression YouTube? Check this out - explains the way it works quite nicely. Always crank the quality up on the video as high as you connection allows :)
Disclaimer: It may be that I ruined it a bit in Final Cut X? I'm no pro at editing (I work in...
