    Have you tried to call dji?I also noticed that even my unit had same issue.

    I have tried to contact them, still no follow up. Interestingly, I was just in the DJI store in NY and their display drone had the exact same problem. Beginning to think it's part of the design? The manager also said there's a screw at the base your can tighten to fix the looseness. I don't think I'm gonna risk it on mine though.... As long as it's firm when unfolded is the important part I think.

    I just gotten my mavic pro. I haven't flew it yet... and I have the same conditions as yours. Left arm slightly loose when folded. But perfect firm when unfolded. Did you check with DJI whethe is this a problem?
