Apparently Suzygs1000's eyesight comes and goes. (trolling?)
In Jan he said "... and I don't believe any one can see one (a mini anyway) at over 500 metres away ..."
but now has 100/100 3mile eyesight.

I understand what you mean. However, I still have my two original mavic 1's with no updates since about a month after getting them. They do what I need, fly and video.
I'm more concerned about the flying limitations (ie rules) than new options I'm missing.
So first it is you can see over 3 miles due to your 100/100 eyesight, then it's with a telescope, then it's with a observer. Have I missed any other stories?
I saw some threads in Mavic 2 forum about it, but didn't understand the timing applicability with Mavic Pro (1).
I have an old version of firmware and DJI GO4 (about 1yr old) and don't update.
Does it get applied via firmware update, such that I'd have to update firmware to get the new...
Trying to understand exactly what the power % (in radar view) represents in sport mode?
There have been a couple related threads, but don't seem definitive. (In Sport-mode: what does "Power" mean in the GO app?) Seems to be rpm related.
I've done over 200 flights and use the other radar...
Had that happen with mine. Started out being rare incident. Then gradually increased frequency. Now about one in 3 batts (>250 flights). Thunderdrones suggested it could be a bad camera ribbon.
