I am so excited to finally have the Mavic. I got about 2 minutes of flight time in before the battery was dead lol. It was fun though.

Just got my Mavic Pro today. Haven't had a chance to fly so technically I am not really a Mavic pilot just yet lol. I am a Phantom 4 pilot though. Unlike a lot of others I did not sell the P4 but I couldn't resist getting the Mavic with the amazing portability!

lol how did I know I would get that offer. I picked it up. Took it out of the box. Turned everything on to make sure it works. Haven't had a chance to fly. Its in my backpack though. This thing is tiny!

The only thing I don't like is that it covers crashes but if it lands in water they say it won't be covered. Even if its recovered.

I just checked the tracking # and it says my Mavic Pro is in town and on the truck for delivery! So I should have it today. Won't get to fly it today but at least ill have it. On a side note....should I get the DJI Care for the Mavic? Its only $99. Worth it?

I just got an email saying the Mavic Pro I purchased from Newegg on 10/30 has shipped and even got a tracking number. Might actually have this thing before the Thanksgiving 4 day weekend. I was a bit worried
