Aircraft won't connect

Any idea folks besides trying to re sync and bind already.Also my aircraft won't recognized in the dji assistant 2 app

Yea I've tried it all,I took a look at this link already, I've been waiting months for this and after one flight it did this,guess I'll be making the return to microcenter where I got it from.Thanks for the help

Are you connected to the USB port at the back? If so you must disconnect the mini USB at the side. You cannot have both ports connected at the same time.

Nope only the one on the side,it's funny when I open the dji go 4 it says rc is connected but the aircraft is disconnected

did you ever get round to fixing this issue? i had a water crash, stripped down and cleaned and i have run into this issue

This is normally the core board has failed

Mine did this after a failed update
