My favorite quote from DJI is “since we found out about the shipping delay, we’ve kept our customers in the loop and provided updates along the way.”

That is such a lie! I ordered on the 29th, have emailed and chatted to try and just get an estimated date, and have received nothing other than they "started shipping and are shipping first come first served."

My two issues are: Credit card charged on 9/29, and NO estimate of shipping date 30 days later.

If they waited to charge and told me don't expect it until after XX date i could then deal with that reality.

Should be criminal and a breech of a you might as well say a verbal contract.They took your money after telling you/announcing to the world they would ship 10/15.You have been paying interest/making payments on a product never received.
