Anyone used DigitalRev warranty?

6 weeks in and nice the camera has the right hand side out of focus. Purchased from DigitalRev - Anyone had warranty experience?

Thank you for your reply and serial number.

I have verified the serial number you have provided & confirm that it's still covered by our 12 Months Seller Warranty.

We offer two options for our warranty for your item:

1. You may send it to a local & authorized service center or any reputable repair center for a repair quotation. Here is the list of the repair centre of DJI: Login | DJI Account. Please only get it inspected for a quotation, do not proceed with repair until we authorize such action. Inspection/quotation costs will be reimbursed only if fault stems from a manufacturer's defect. The process of the repairs to proceed is subject to our approval.

2. Alternatively, you may consider sending it back to us in Hong Kong. If you are sending it back to us, let us know and we will provide the forms and please strictly ensure you are using registered airmail. Digitalrev will help send your item to an authorised repair center and help follow up its inspection & repair for you.

For either option, shipping costs and any other associated cost will be reimbursed if the authorized repair center that te item was sent to confirms that the problem found on the item stemmed from a manufacturing defect.

With that being said, please advise which option you would like to use so that we can further assist you.
