We'll see if the FAA takes it to the supreme court. Im going to find the decision and read it, because I want to know what the FAA and appeals court determine is a "model aircraft."

According to the article its unlikely the government will appeal.

Currently the statute defines model aircraft as an unmanned aircraft that is capable of sustained flight in the atmosphere, flown within visual line of sight so most of here are still screwed
