Battery error

Hello guy's noob here so be easy on me . Got a battery status error on my two batteries one I was hovering just off ground and the other just well setting on ground motors not running I have read about some of the other guy having same prob but really no answer for why this happens. Also how do I no what version the batteries are can't seem to find that info I have done the latest update but I can't find the battery version it's not with the MP and rc info
