Black lines on vid5o playback

When I play back video just done in MP4 there is a black faded line at top and bottom of computer video screen, It disappears at times and then comes back when i move cursor. Is it having to do with my screen? What causes this, Thanks

I think i need to turn off over exposure setting

Maybe not... as it is not a black and white line just black faded lines

Thanks. I need advice as how to load the MP4 video from my computer to the forum. Also... let me say when i upload to youtube it goes away.

I figured it out. It was when i have the menu bar on the video on computer it shows. I uploaded to to both drop box and you tube and it is not there. Thanks for the input
