Blurry video but in focus stills?

Just purchased a second Mavic Pro and after doing a few flights I am finding that the video image is "soft" or fuzzy on focus. I have several Inspires,only film and edit in 4k. I use the same Mac Pro with a 30in screen so I can get a good look at the images. The first Mavic is perfect.This one has an issue . I checked all cables and movement is good as well?.I flew it many times and tried to focus on many different distances with the same result. no idea why it is doing this.Any help would be great,thanks,Rob

If stills are good it seems to rule out mis-aligned lens or sensor.
Have you tried camera reset?

Which firmware are you on both?
Do you have the camera exposure on manual or auto?

auto and I am on the newest.
