Can't connect controller to drone

Bought my Mavic yesterday and can't connect the controller to Mavic.
I can see in other forums, that there can be an issue with the controller.
I have tried many things to solve the problem, but no luck.
Anyone in here who have the same problem

I had some trouble the first time but it was me - not the h/w.

Try a different cable between the RC and the phone?
Is the WiFi/RC switch on the MP set to RC?
Go App: on it's initial page wait a bit for it to indicate if there is a firmware update before hitting "Enter Device"

Fire up order:

App (GO)
RC
MP​

I only have the cable from the package.

You probably have other cables around the house. You can connect your phone to the USB 2 connector in the middle too.

Can you explain what you are doing when you are trying to connect?

Press the power button once and the again on the controller until it says connecting.
Turn on the Mavic. Wait 1 minute.
Connect your device.

Still no responce.
I have now done like you described.
Turned on the RT and it tells " connecting"
Turned on the Mavic and waited 1 minute.
Then open the Dji Go 4 app.
Waited 3 minutes, but no connection. The app tells that the controller and phone is connected.
I am a little frustrated

Yes it is on RC

Shut everything down and start all over.
Disconnect everything.

Look in the manual for "pairing" the RC to the drone too. It might just be that. (And begin to suspect you got some used gear there - check the serial numbers for an "R" at the end.)

Still the same.
On the aircraft status, it tells me that the "radio channel quality" is poor.
The linking status light is green and should tell that the controller is linked with the aircraft, but it still display connecting.

Op take a screenshot of your device and post it up here after the controller and the mavic are turned on and the device is connected.. Also please take a picture of the controller when it is trying to connect and post it up here as well.

Time to go out and have some fun.

One last thought, think about DJI Refresh or drone insurance before you venture too far off into the wild blue yonder.
