Despues de un accidente Gimbal no responde!

Estimados:

he sufrido un accidente con mi Mavic Pro, y he tocado cables, el mavic se cae sobre unos arbustos hasta ser rescatado por mi, se reseteo y todo funciona bien excepto el gimbal, el cual al iniciar el mavic funciona y se mueve en todos los sentidos, pero despues del chequeo inicial no vuelve al horizontal y se queda pegado mirando hacia abajo, por un momento quiso reaccionar, pero al subir o bajar el gimbal con el control, se movia erraticamente, de verdad no se que hacer o que puede ser, reinstale el firmware de nuevo ( v01.03.0200 ) chequie si tenia algun daño, no parecer haber sufrido ningun daño "fisico" mas bien parece de software, recalibre con el control y no reacciona... Ayuda por favor no se que hacer.

If any of the wiring exposed in and around the gimbal suffer any damage it will act as you've described! Contact DJI or your local store to have it repaired!

IMHO It just don't look like a firmware issue because a crash wouldn't mess with the firmware

IMHO It just don't look like a firmware issue because a crash wouldn't mess with the firmware

lo he revisado muy bien, a los cables de coneccion no le ha pasado nada, el gimbal se mueve bien en todas las direcciones, al iniciar el mavic, cumple bien con todos los movimientos de chequeo inicial, y despues de eso, simplemente vuelve como a su "posicion inicial" que es la que busco solucionar.

There are 2 sets one that controls the gimbal itself and one for the camera! If any one fails the entire gimbal/camera will shutdown!

This happened to me on my P3, even when it looks like a single cable they use 2 separated ways shielded one from the other to avoid electrical noise, it should be an easy fix but there are any spare parts for the mavic yet!

Can't you send it in for repair? If you have already reinstalled the firmware, reseted the camera and checked all other things then it isn't much more you can do!

I don't know if the file system on the mavic is the same as on the phantom series but if you're able to get the update log you should be able to see some modules missing, but this is just a guess! I tried to find the log before posting this reply but I didn't find it!

One last thing that you could try is to uninstall the Go App and reinstall it again to see if it helps

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta, y si hay algo de cierto en todo lo que dices, porque resulta que tenia la app "DJI GO" y la desintale, para instalar la "DJI GO 4.0" aplicacion con la cual ha vuelto a funcionar con total normalidad, en mi tarde de pruebas, una ves trate de despegar desde el techo del auto, y me indico "alto electromanetismo" y la camara arrojo el error de antes... pero apage el mavic y lo reinicie desde un punto alejado, y volvio a funcionar sin problemas... eso si esta app en algunas ocaciones desde el celular aparecia como "desconectado" pero seguia siempre teniendo control desde el control remoto... falla que no ha vuelto a pasar con la app, hasta ahora... Todo es muy raro la verdad, pero por ahora con "DJI GO 4.0" no he vuelto a tener problemas.

Nuevamente ha vuelto a presentar los mismos errores... ahora con la aplicacion DJI Go 4.0
No se que mas puede ser, ayuda por favor.

Hace unos dias tambien se me cruzo un cable y termine colgado de un arbusto, hasta el dia de hoy, no logro hacer que el gimbal funcione de forma correcta y me lanza un error de que esta bloqueado.

No estimado, simplemente cuando actualice los firmware, dejo de pasar... hasta la fecha no he vuelto a tener problemas... pero te sugiero lo vueles con cuidado porque ahora la app presenta bloqueos y reseteos de señal...

Vaya! Después de un accidente tengo el mismo problema, el gimbal se queda en la misma posición y la calibración no le hace funcionar, sigue apareciendo bloqueado, mañana intentaré la idea de hacerlo al aire libre, por lo mientras ya está el firmware actualizado
