Those of you who've canceled their order at the DJI store. Was it difficult? Was your payment refunded promptly and in a courtious manner?

I cancelled one from DJI and they just let me know it was cancelled. I don't recall the time frame to get the money back as it was at launch, so September. Should be a smooth operation.
Somewhat easy. At first I sent an email to them from a separate email address requesting they cancel my order (and I gave them the order number). They responded telling me that I would have to email from the original email that the order was placed under. That's understandable. Once the second email was sent, money was refunded within 24 hours to the CC. Pretty prompt responses too, within the same day.
