DJI experience

Just wondering at the general experience with DJI. I see plenty of people complaining about trivial things and bagging DJI in general.
I remember my h3-2d gimbal on some kits I had a while back an the hassle I had with that and warranty issues. Other than that I have been with DJI for quite a while and they have always been top of the game in my opinion
