Hi guys,

I havent gotten my mavic yet but I went and downloaded the DJI mavi Go 4 app on my samsung note neo 3.

was fiddling a bit last night before I exited the app normally and went to sleep.

around 6 to 9 hours later, I woke up to find my phone battery totally flat. I had around 87% of battery when I snoozed.

Looking around my battery info, it shows the culprit as the DJI go 4 app... is this normal?
is there a way to completely stop the app from draining my phone even when I am not using it?

Thanks

Shut it down when you're done using it.

Shut it down when you're done using it.

shut the phone down you mean?

this is a normal phone I am using, I make calls and makes messages, shutting it down would kind of defeat the purpose of having one
lol

When you're done using the DJI GO app, shut it down. There is no need to let it continue to run in the background.

you mean by going to settings and application and "force stop" the app?

No. You can close background apps on an Android device like this:
