DJI repair - exchange packing

Hello,

Does anyone have pictures about how DJI ships out the aircraft (Mavic) once they complete a repair process or exchange from them repair center?

My repair came in the same box size as my original drone. Well packed and protected, plus they included a set of additional new props.

Good luck with that one. You can try to get them on chat, email or the phone, but sometimes their right hand doesnt know what their left hand is doing over there. You could ask for an address change, but they might give you the runaround, or just tell you no.

No harm in giving it a try.

From previous experience dealing with overseas companies I would suggest not changing the mailing address as it may end up as a wonderful surprise gift for someone else :/
