Does DJI Go allow two accounts to fly one Mavic?

Just got my Mavic a week ago, have had no problems with it running it from my account. My son would also like to use it with his own phone, through his own DJI account. It doesn't seem like DJI Go will connect to my Mavic through his phone. Is there some DJI restriction that couples my Mavic to my account or is there some other reason why my son's phone won't connect?

I can fly with my iPhone or iPad so pretty sure there is no such restriction

What happens when he tries to connect? What happens when you login with your DJI account on his phone?

That was a great suggestion, we tried to connect on his phone through my account and we have the same problem... it simply does not connect. He has a Google Pixel phone, we are using the Google phone connector. What we get in DJI Go is the "disconnected" screen.

It seems you found the real issue then. The Google Pixel is not a recommended device. A lot of people haven't had good experiences with it. See these search results.
