Dust on camera sensor?

Hey everybody!

Finally got to test my new Mavic the other day. When I got home i saw there was something on the lens. At first I thought it was just something on the outside of the lens, but it didn't disappear. I then took a couple of pictures of a bright wall, also cropped in. Anyone here know what it could be?

As it appears to be 'in focus' then I think it has to be a defect in the sensor, otherwise it'd be blurred if it was on any of the lenses. I'm no expert, I'm sure someone can weigh in on this..

Probably something like that yeah, I know dust or oil on the sensor looks more like a shadow in the picture. Guess I'll ask my retailer for a swap then..
