Expo settings

Maybe a dumb question....when I try to set the expo and gain on the app to specific value it changes back to "0" immediately. Why is this?
I'm looking to smooth down flight a bit - and suggestions?

Have you got everything switched on and connected when you make the adjustments?

Check if you are in 'Beginner Mode'. If so expo settings default to 0 if you try to change them.

Seems like I had to have the Mavic connected. Was trying to make the changes on the controller. All good now.
