Exposure data in .MP4 (?)

I wanted to see how I shot a particular video. I tried exiftool and Quicktime - neither could display the exposure info, not even the ISO number. Is there a way to extract that?

I've never seen any other info other than Size, Shutter Speed and Codec info. I'm not sure that DJI even writes that info to the file. On the other hand, when I shoot video with my Sony A6500, I'm pretty sure that the camera creates an XML file with all that info in it.
