Flying in Barcelona and its surroundings

Hello guys,

I'm traveling to Barcelona this weekend and I'm kind of confused. I heard about very strict regulations in Spain, but read here that now less restricted?

The DJI NFZ map doesn't indicate the city as a no fly zone.
I've tried to contact the tourist office, no one is answering.
I've seen many drone footages on youtube in Barcelona coming from the last few weeks.
I do not intend to fly above the city, just from the Marine and above the ocean, and in sunrise when the city is empty.

Should I bring it with me?

Yes I did, early in the morning. (5:50AM). I wouldn't try to pull it off later on.

There was no issue bringing in the drone through airport security in Barcelona and out of Barcelona?
