Gimbal/ Camera

I can take pictures amd even record video with the controller. I CANNOT control my gimbal.

Please help

Did you remove the gimbal clamp?

Do either of the scroll wheels have any effect? Gimbal tilt on left, ISO on right.

When the Mavic starts up, does it go through self-calibration?

If everything is turned on, and you pick up the Mav and move it around does the gimbal move?

Clamp is off. Gimbal goes through self calibration. The gimbal does move when I pick it up.

The wheels on the controller have no effect on the gimbal. I turn them and nothing happens.

Have you tried doing a gimbal autocalibration in DJI Go? Also try to calibrate the controller in DJI Go.
