I am a photographer who has just bought a drone. Never done this sort of thing before. But I will be going to La Palma for an art (painting) photography trip. Photography and painting are my thing. Quite good with tech as well. I generally do a lot of travel to places some what remote. For instance went to Bosnia and because of land mines lots of the woods are still inaccessible. Case where getting the right perspective on a shot needs a drone.

Was in Syria years ago and gutted I didn't have drone then to capture some of the beauty of the ancient sites.

Bought the 'add on kit" and hoping to do a small test flight this week before I head out. Tips appreciated.

Hey Windahl,
Write a checklist before you fly and stick to it. ALWAYS remember to take the gimbal lock off, Try beginner mode for a while and then The whole thing becomes clearer. Put your phone into airplane mode, its very distracting, when you first start to have the phone ring!
