I have been flying the P3A/P3P models for about a year. The
Phantom Pilot forum has been extremely helpful in learning this
extremely addicting hobby. Just got the Mavic – planning to do a
lot of travel this year and this combination of size and capability is fantastic.
First impressions are that it is a joy to fly – quiet and responsive vs the P3P.
First pics / video attempts pretty good – I’d be thrilled if I hadn’t been a bit
spoiled by the P3P. I will need to spend some time experimenting
a bit (and searching this forum) to find camera and settings to get result on
par with the P3P.

Hey BigDave - I'm up in Tolland but tend to fly along the shoreline.
Always good to fly with other pilots

Lol I grew up in tolland. I fly down by the shore also but I go in the north Stonington area. Not sure where you fly.

The thing that caught my eye was the salt water angel I also grow corap.
