Help! Mavic Pro remote has no firmware

Hi everyone. Tried to update firmware on Mavic pro remote and got fw V00.00.0000. That information shows on assistant app. Remote always "Connecting" forever. Can't reset, can't do anything with it. Help please.

I have got the same problem. Tried to update from V01.03.0700 to V01.03.0800 I got FW V00.00.0000

same proble here, tried to upgrade v00.00.0800 to v00.00.0900 i got v00.00.0000

how can fix it ?
