How Do You Record Video W/ all Showing

Meaning I've seen video where it appears the video records exactly what you see on screen during flight (speed, altitude, everything that is displayed during flight) opposed to only the video feed itself. Im not referring flight records. Thanks!

Don't forget you can always replay the flight with all of the critical info displayed and then some . . might be good to be able to record the replay too for posting issues . . so will have to check out some video screen capture apps
