Ok, so just interested really, probably should have paid more attention at school in physics but how does it do it. I can't see that the rotors angle and the props are fixed position. Is it simply a combination of speeds in the motors that control the direction?

It's really just a combination of speeds.

To tilt forward, the back rotors rev up a little and the forward rotors slow down a little.

To yaw to the right, the two counter-clockwise rotors on opposite corners rev up and the the clockwise slow down. This keeps it level, but the difference in torque will cause the whole craft to twist clockwise slightly. Conservation of angular momentum.

Cool, it just seems so agile for just that though, I guess with heavier drones it would be a different mattter. Thanks halley
