How to prevent 4k to 1080p auto-switch?

My Goggles switch the Mavic's recording from 4k (my default) to 1080p and it stays that way even if the Goggles are off, until I re-enable 4k. Why is this happening and how can I prevent it? As to the why, is it happening because I have the Goggles set at "Smooth" 720p@60fps and it can't send at this rate as well as record in 4k? If so, I'd like to prevent that the Goggles will overrule the recording settings in that way. Missed some really beautiful footage because of this today. I mean I still have it in 1080p but with that Mavic that is complete crap as we all know.

Set it to "keep current" That will maintain whatever setting you have but HD will not be an available option.
