Iphone 7 Plus not recognizing the Mavic Pro Cable

Hi everyone!!
Hope you guy's can help me to solve my problem!

At the beginning of this year I got my Mavic Pro and until now I can't fly with it over my Iphone 7 Plus because it's not recognizing the Cable.
I already tried to use the USB port but no response.
I tried with more than 5 iphones and all them working well, just my one not.
All updated and my phone already restored.
ANY IDEA OF WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE??

Hello & welcome to the forum.
I know you said you tried other iPhones, have you tried other iPhone 7+ models? If so, and other iPhone7+ models work there must be a problem with the lightning port on your phone.
Maybe try to contact Apple to see about getting it looked at if thats the case.

I tried with 3 Iphone 7+ and other 2 Iphone 7.. all working..
Already sent my phone to Apple to find out the problem.. Let's wait to see...
