You have to ring them unless your lucky and get the illusive 'david' on chat. I haven't tried ringing yet but I did ask via email and got politely told that was non of my business. Give it a go though!

I ordered drone only 12 hrs before you, but no phone call yet

My order is a little tricky(another story) but I have been told today it will be after Christmas before I would get my mavic.

I also ordered by Jessops, just the Mavic, I am number 6 in queue according to David, who is the best live chat guy you can get.

Sadly I have no idea when I'll get it, 'before christmas' is all I know. But being 6 I'd like to hope it's sooner rather than later.
