Jump video Gimbal

i've noticed a jump video sometimes... (see video : 3' and 11') Do you have any idea of this problem ?

Not about the jumpiness, but can get rid of that jello effect with an ND filter.

Thanks guys but jello effect is bad quality of video, not gimbal problem.

Perhaps i released joysticks too sudden ?

How long have you had your MP for? Have you tried to calibrate the gimbal?

Only 12 flights (total 1,5 h) .. l've just do calibrate gimbal, i will test tomorrow. Thanks!

i contact dji support and they suggest that i send it to us for repair and analysis.

dji support said "Warranty unit, gimbal defective"

Hi, I had the same problem when i received my drone, here is how i solved it:

1. Re-install the Firmware using DJI Assistant [How To Video]
2. Do IMU calibration using the DJI Go App [How To Video]
3. Do Gimbal calibration using the DJI Go App [Just Press calibrate in Gimbal Settings]
