Just bought from DJI Store Mavic Pro Fly more and DJI Care

Can someone please explain what I'm actually going to receive? Our Canadian stores show different things then the DJI store. I paid USD$99 for the DJI Refresh but the DJI website is kind of confusing as to what this covers.

The DJI Care Refresh essentially covers everything, provided you have something to hand back to DJI if it needs replacing.

Actually there was the stuck in the tree then fell into river case that DJI appears to be covering through the Refresh program and no drone was provided to DJI. That case is still pending though. So there seems to be exceptions in rare cases.

What your Refresh will not cover is theft.
