I received my drone mid January, and thought I'd post this just in case others find it useful.
The drone had 2 issues.
1) It wouldn't fly in a straight line. It hooked left.
2) Afteracquiring a strong GPS lock, part way through flights it would lose track of where it was and therefore go to Atti mode. If it wasn't in line of sight...
After assessment by DJI they say it is interference from the (one of?) Compass.
I will see when it comes back in a week or two.
My tip though, is that if you have a new drone, after all set up and calibration, do its first flight with it hovering at eye level a few meters away. Maybe move it a small amount in a clear area, but nothing else. It will be a good test for all its systems. Has I done this I would have picked up two issues, which just checking things at launch doesn't pick up.
