I just got my Mavic Pro and the controller is fully charged along with the drone itself. I download the DJI Go 4 app and login to my profile, but when I connect to any iOS device (I have tried 3 - all with the app running and logged in) using lightning or even USB, nothing happens - does not say Connecting like I have seen in the videos. I hold down the Power button on the controller and all it displays is "100% charged" and eventually goes away. I have even tried holding down the power button for upwards of 60 seconds, so I don't think it is user error.
Has anybody seen this? Is this just a bad controller? How do I troubleshoot?
